Position the Tape Measure

Place a flexible tape measure around your head, positioning it about 1 inch above your eyebrows and slightly above your ears. Ensure the tape sits level across the widest part of the back of your head.

Wrap & Record Measurement

Pull the tape measure comfortably snug, but not overly tight. Wrap it completely around your head until the ends meet at the front. Record this measurement in inches.
